1995 Toronto, member of Vineyard church, heard the Spirt calling me to move to Brazil to "live the kingdom in communities among the poor in such a way that the next generation of kids would not have to end up on the street." Was told "God is here -- this is Mount Horeb -- why would you leave?" So I left. And He did what He said He would do. My local church was faithful -- the rest of the movement was not good to me. I have never understood how "being Vineyard" and "doing Vineyard" was so unpopular in ...the Vineyard. It girded me so much to be in the Airport Main Room looking out the window and knowing the focus was in the room, and not out there where the people were.
